ZANMOM is a coaching space created for women who are navigating this transition with openness, vulnerability, and a desire to stay connected to themselves.
You don’t need to choose between who you were and who you’re becoming.
This is a place where both identities — the woman and the mother — are welcomed, explored, and strengthened.
Whether you’re pregnant, in early motherhood, or already juggling work, partnership, and family life, ZANMOM offers the support you need to feel grounded, confident, and emotionally balanced.
The concept
ZANMOM combines systemic coaching with compassionate emotional support to accompany you through one of life’s biggest transformations: becoming a mother while staying connected to your identity as a woman.
The concept is built on three pillars:

Motherhood changes everything — your daily life, your relationships, your body, your dreams.
At ZANMOM, we explore these shifts gently and consciously.

2. Motherhood
From pregnancy to postpartum to the first years with a child — each phase brings its own challenges.
We work on clarity, emotional resilience, overwhelm, expectations, mental load, and the pressure to “do it right.”
3. You
You’re not „just“ a mother. You’re a woman with talents, desires, fears, strengths, and a story.
ZANMOM gives you the space to reconnect with yourself — softly, honestly, and without judgment.
How it works
1:1 Coaching Sessions: Individual sessions online or in Berlin each lasting around one hour where we focus on your personal challenges, goals, and emotional wellbeing. I work with intuitive listening, gentle reflection, identity-focused questions, emotional grounding tools, clarity-building exercises, practical steps for real-life integration.
Many clients continue for 3–6 sessions, depending on their goals — but the intro session is simply a moment to explore.

You’ll receive a safe, open space to speak freely — without judgment and without pressure to be the “perfect mother.”
