A workshop might be a good choice, if you are looking for concrete suggestions and solutions to your current challenges. During workshops I will draw from my own work experience as an organizational consultant to help you find your ideal scenario.
In contrast, in coaching we build a relationship over time and I empower you to find your own solutions applying well tested and proven coaching methods.
Combining workshops and coaching is possible especially in a business context. A workshop could be the start towards a longer coaching relationship but can also be very effective by itself.
