Diese Website wird über WordPress betrieben. Beim Besuch der Website erfasst der Hosting-Provider automatisch sogenannte Server-Logfiles, z. B.:

3. Terminbuchung über Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling

Ich nutze den Dienst Google Appointment Scheduling (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).

Wenn Sie einen Termin buchen, werden folgende Daten verarbeitet:

  • Name
  • E-Mail-Adresse
  • Datum/Zeit des Termins
  • freiwillige Angaben

Die Daten werden in Ihrem Kalenderereignis gespeichert und an Google übermittelt.

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung).

Mit Google besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung.

This website is operated through WordPress.

4. Appointment Booking (Google Appointment Scheduling)

I use Google Appointment Scheduling (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).

When you book a session, the following data is processed:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Appointment date and time
  • Optional information provided by you

The data is stored on Google servers and used to schedule the appointment.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
A data processing agreement (DPA) exists with Google.

Currently, no analytics or tracking tools are used.

If services such as Google Analytics, embedded fonts, or social media feeds are added in the future, a cookie banner and consent management tool will be implemented to comply with GDPR.
